• Articles A and An are used for singular nouns. (આર્ટિકલ A અને An એકવચન નામો સાથે ઉપયોગ થાયછે)

• Article ‘An’ is used for the noun which begins with a vowel sound.(a,e,I,o,u). (આર્ટિકલ ‘An’ નો ઉપયોગ સ્વર ઉચ્ચારણ  થી શરૂ થતા નામ  સાથે થઇ છે. )                                                                                                             
• Article ‘A’ is used for the noun which begins with a consonant sound.(d,g,r,p etc). (આર્ટિકલ ‘A’ નો ઉપયોગ વ્યંજન ઉચ્ચારણ   થી શરૂ થતા નામ  સાથે થઇ છે. )
